Belonging to the prestigious ZUMA family of restaurants, this world-famous Japanese restaurant has chosen Mallorca to open the doors of its first pop-up restaurant in Spain from the 1st of July until the 12th of September.

ROKA Mallorca, which will boast stunning views of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, will be a space where diners will have a unique opportunity to sample the award-winning Japanese robatayaki cuisine. This ancient oriental technique consists of cooking on a charcoal grill where diners can watch live as their dishes are prepared.
A gastronomic spectacle, accompanied not only by the best dishes of modern Japanese cuisine, but also by an exclusive selection of music, which the DJ will play from the centre of the restaurant, in order to offer an authentic ROKA Mallorca experience.

A unique occasion to enjoy a magical and different night where, in addition to tasting the robatayaki cuisine, customers will be able to sample a host of exclusive and world-famous cocktails, such as London’s signature cocktail, the ‘ichigo kub’.
